Hello everyone.





So last night I was a little nervous and worried that I may have really injured myself  :(. My legs have not been this sore since I was a kid going through growing pains! I used to wake up in the middle of the night with killer leg aches!



I have to say that I am still fairly sore today, but not like I was last night. I can at least walk and somewhat bend my knees. I iced my kness all night. I am very fortunate to have a friend named Jessica Raymond who is a professional massage therapist and last week she gave me my first professional massage  :^0. It felt really good the way she got into some of my muscles and was able to relax them and was able to work muscles I didn't even realize were there!




Well after reading my post yesterday she has offered to come over and take care of my legs for me!!! I am looking forward to that after my piano lessons this evening.




I am supposed to do an easy run for 45 minutes tonight but I am going to put that off. I may go for a walk instead to warm up my muscles before my friend Jessica gets here.




I tried drinking this protein shake yesterday that gatorade offers and it was gross! I hope there is a protein shake out there that tastes better but I am not sure how to tell? I do not want to blow a lot of money trying out different products but after yesterday, I know that I need some sort of fueling afterwards to start rebuilding my muscles. I think I am going to get a couple of cliff bars and will try drinking V8 which will be a little wierd without the Vodka  ;).
