I made a quick video today. I felt a little weird doing it, but I sure it will be fine. I will get that uploaded tomorrow.
The workouts are going well but I am feeling it which is to be expected. I was visiting family last week and didn't get them all in but was able to do a couple from Texas. Now that I am back I am ready to get going 100%. I went to the gym today and used the treadmill to try to calibrate my Nike+ iPod attachment. For those of you that don't know what that is, it attaches to an iPod Nano and allows you to track workout time, distance, pace, and upload it to a website to watch trends, etc... It is pretty cool. I have it calibrated but it seems a little off still.
On another note, I just managed to bang my knee on the book shelf really hard and now my knee doesn't feel very great. I will go on an easy walk tomorrow just to not let it get stiff and hope that it just feels bad tonight.
