Since I mentioned good food choices in my last blog, I thought I'd share the recipe of one of the most delicious things I've recently made. Way better and SO much cheaper than eating out. Check out my recipe blog to try my White Wine Tilapia on a bed of Whole Wheat Pasta. I must say it's devine even if I'm tooting my own horn. I tried out the herbs in a tube... and they're pretty good. Not as good as fresh herbs but exponentially better than dry ones, and you can keep them in the fridge for 3 months. Makes adding good flavor so easy, and you can just keep them around all the time.
