1. MILK: Milk contains  calcium and complex carbohydrates which can boost metabolism. This will  keep insulin levels low, which prevents your body from thinking it needs  to store fat.

2. GRAINS: Whole grains also help with weight loss. The fiber helps to boost  metabolism and help you burn more calories. They also make you feel more  full so you snack less often and they help to keep insulin levels low.

3. SPICY FOODS: Spicy foods boost the metabolism and cause you to burn more calories.  It is recommended that you also consume modest amounts of coffee.
