This Diet Plan offers 1,200 calories per day. This is model diet plan, a very strict one.This 5-meal pattern requires a diet expert's approval before adoption.
Early morning
One Glass of warm water with few drops of lemon juice added to it.


Morning breakfast
One small fruit or one single slice of bread or Two or three small tomatoes or cucumbers.
Any one of the above item can be taken or two of two of the above items can be taken

Mid-day Lunch
First one of cup of green leaf soup can be taken then
1. one small bowl of vegetables
2. Two small chapattis
3. One small bowl of mung or any similar cereal can be consumed
4. Non-vegetarians can take some lean meat or a fish
Note : flour should not be used for preparing soup.
