yesterday and today i have workout to recover in 2 weeks i have to go to the docker and if my leg is healed in 2 weeks i can take it off.i iced my leg for 2 hours and i tried jogging.my dad told me to lift my leg up and down with the iced on it.the rest of the day i iced my leg and played nba 2k11 my player mode.sorry my post wasnt long there wasnt really anything to write about with my leg hurt.have another post soon.thankyou for reading any comments or tips let me know.
today i can walk and can almost jog with my cast i did some of the thing 23airjordan told me to do with my wrist it is better now.i also tried exercises moving my leg and put ice on it.i tried moving it around it hurted but i want recover asp.i ate a sandwitch and played ncaa football 12.it is doing better have another post later to let you know my update on my leg.i also had some pills for pain relever.thankyou for reading my post have any comments or tips let me know.
yesterday i was playing with my friends playing basketball all of sudden my 17 year old brother who plays football interfears with are game and when i am going for a layup he takles me in the air and i brusie or break myleg.i had to go to the docker and get 2 shots and a cast.the docter says i will have it on 3 to 8 weeks.i will miss my team scrimmage and maybe 2 of our games.i am mad at my big brother he is 6'6 and weighs like 230lbs.he got on punishments to misds some of his games and cant watch tv or anything.i also sprained my wrist.i can barely walk but i have to practice so i can go to school tommorow.thankyou for reading my post..if anybody have any tips for me so i can recover as soon as possible let me know.
today was the second day of tryouts there was still 26 kids left trying out we had to do exercise run a mile and scrimmage.i had a bad tryout i didnt score any points 2 rebounds 4 assist.i took like 20 shots and didnt make none my outside shots were off and inside my whole game was off.i think i had aday like that is because i didnt practice yesterday to much homework.i didnt get no sleep i went to sleep at 11:i had to get up at 5:30am.to go to school.everybody was having a good game.at the end of tryouts coach called the names he called the starters last i was starting at small forward and the coach said i might play the 4 and the 5 cause of my height.i am happy my friends made the team even though they never practice.i am surprise that not the same people made it.i am the captain of the team even though there are 8th graders who was on the team longer.this is my second time being captain i am going to be it next year too.i hpoe we go undefeated cause we got size this cause we have a 8thgrader 6'3.who can almost dunk.are red and white scrimmage is in september are fist game is in the middle of october on my birthday.thankyou for reading my post i am gonna train now and practice and be ready in 2 months for my first game.
today was 7th and 8th tryouts there were a lot of people who was there to tryout.this i think will be the best team ever in the state.we had one guy who was 6,2.he can touch the rim like me.we had to exercise like do pushups ,situps , and jumpingjacks.then we ran 1 mile.you had to run it under 6 minutes.i ran it in 4 min and 24 seconds.then we were just shooting jumpshots and doing layups with your left and right. then we did scrimages with 5 different teams.i had all the points.i had like 7 rebounds .at the end coach said that we will have tryouts tommorow because their is a lot of us who are trying out and he didnt have enough time to evaluate all of us.he said at the end of the school on announcements he will anounce who made the first day cut and if you made it come back tommorow.i made it he said my name second and to comeback tommorow.thankyouall for reading my post aqnd i will have one later.
sorry i didnt post yesterday about my game i forgot.the game was ok.i had only 15 points 6 assist 0 rebounds!!.i was having a bad shooting game and i couldnt get inside a lot.i had 0 rebounds.we did win but i didnt have a good game.also 2 days to tryouts.also if anybody have any tips or anything for rebounding let me know.thankyou for reading my post i will have another one later sorry it wasnt that long.
Tuesday is my school basketball tryouts.i been practicing by running 2 miles a day shooting 200 shots working on my defence freethrows going to camps and tournaments ahd practicing every day of the summer to be better than last year to put up my assist and rebounds and scoring even more.everyday of the summer to have a good basketball season this year and i am ready!!!!!! yesterday after school i practice with my friends because they are trying out too so we played 4 on 4 and 21 on my basketball court.i also practice my freethrows and my loayups and reverse layups and up iand under.also my defence.today is the my last game playing with the 13 and 14 and 15 years old aau team.the game is in 3 hours so right now iam outside practicing and writing this new post on my ipad i left my laptop inside so i am writing with my ipad.i shot 100 shots 50 freethrows and jumping rpoe with my ankle weights on.getting ready for the game.i also ran 4 blocks around the neighborhood.yesterday i just got some new lebrons.i saved up to 438 dollars.so i am getting everything i just preordered nba 2k12 and madden 12 and the new call of duty game and halo 4.plus the lebrons that cost 125.99.i have 69 dollars left.thank you for reading my post and i will have another one after the game in a few hours.
today was a good day sorry for my absence i been playing with this aau team called the magic.they are 13 and 14 years olds i am taller than some of them and none of them can touch the rim.i been playing on there team for 4 days and i asked them can i play for a few games to get me redy for my school tryouts in a week.today they had a game i had a sick game i bagged 42 points 10 assist and 6 rebounds and 6 threes.all i was doing was shooting and got fouled when i was shooting 3's.i went to the freethrow line 4 times.we won 69 to 35.also iam preordering madden 12 and nba 2k12 friday.also if you want to play call of duty blackops or nba 2k11 of ncaa football 12 on playstation network then add me and play.my name on psn is rj or something i forgot.thankyou for reading my post.
Monday school stated i had a good first week.i found out tryouts were in 2 weeks.i been on the team for 2 years strait.going into 7th grade i want to be even better than last year and get my assist up.i lead the varsity team in scoring the last 2 years so people already know i will make the team.i am not taking any chances because there will be more people trying out this year and people from other schools who was on their school team.in 5th grade i average 19 ppg 6 apg 3 rpg. in 6th grade i average 23 points per game 5 apg 6 rpg.i also been to camps and aau.2 days ago my workout was running 1 mile jumping rope with ankle weights.doing 30 pusups and situps. i also lift some weigts.i measured my self that day and i grown half a inch.i am 5'6 in a half now.yesterday my workout was shoot 100 shots and 50 freethrows.also i put on my ankle weights and practice layups with them on.then i ran a half of a mile and went inside.thankyou for reading my post
Today was a hot day.i shot 200 shots and 100 freethrows.i also jump roped and did pushups and situps.sorry i didnt write that long and didnt have a great workout.it was hot today so i didnt workout that long.i was out there fore 2 hours 19 minutes.thank you all reading.
Sorry for my absence i was hanging out with my cousin thaddeus young.we were playing nba 2k11 and playing 1on 1 .2 days ago he help me on my defence and passing.when he left i was running a half of a mile.doing 30 pushups situps leg crunches andcurlups.i also practice jumping rope with my ankle weights on for 30 min.then i practice my defence like my cousin said.that was all for that day.yesterday my dad and me got up early and ran 2 miles.after that we went to the gym and practiced my defence and passing skills.i also jump rope and did 30 pushups and situps.then i practice my shuttle run.I also shot 100 shots of 3's.then i practice my freethrows and shot 100 of them and made 94 out of 100.then i stared dribbling with 2 balls for 30 minutes.then i tried dunk and i almost dunk the jump roping and ankle weights work.now i have to keep using if i want to dunk by highschool because i am 5'6 going to 7th grade.then after the gym i went swimming in are pool for 2hours and 17minutes.after that i ran for another mile.thyen i played nba 2k11 online with my friends and went to their house for an sleepover.thanks for reading my post and sorry again for my absence and school is about to start this month.
