Starting next week I can FINALLY start running!
I can not describe how happy it makes me knowing I'm allowed to strat running again. I bought a good sports bra and some new running shoes. For the first time in more than 2 months I will be trainig to run a 5k
I'm excited and nevervous at the same time, a lot of positive and negative thoughts are running through my mind. Will I be able to run without hurting or will it feel amazing? Also, will I get exhausted very easy? I'm trying to keep positive thoughts about it and I'm sure everything will be fine. I bought an app on my iPod called couch to 5k, it's like the one on the active.com site, but it's 8 weeks and it talks to you while running so I'm pretty stoked about that and ready to give it a try.
So wish me luck! I'll be posting after my first run on monday.
