It's been almost 2 weeks since my surgery and I'm beyond anxious about getting better and taking advantage of my new body. As of August I will be recovering and taking it easy, the only physical activity I will allow mysef to do is working. I'm a waitress and we run around like crazy so I'm sure this moderate activity will be enough. It's not running, but at least it's something!
I think around September I will do a little bit of walking/jogging and hopefully I remember to post the progress!
After my surgery I'm anxious to get back running.It's going to take some time but eventually I'll make progress and be able to further my physical fitness beyond what was possible before. I'm going to be in the best shape of my life!
