I ran in the 9th Annual LI Duck Waddle 5K run over the weekend. It was a great run.

It was held in the Citibank Field/US Federal Court complex in Central Islip, NY. The LI Ducks baseball team of the Atlantic League plays there.

It was a gorgeous fall day here on Long Island with blue skies and above average temperatures. I was very happy with my results. I ran the run in 24:47 and finished 88th out of 232 runners. I was 6th in my age group.

My next race will be on 12/6 when I run in the Seaford Hot Chocolate Run.
