The Torrey Pines Jr. Midget Golden Falcons take the floor today in the
Jr. Midget small intermediate division of the 2007 National Cheer
Championships. It's been a busy week at the Wide World of Sports
Complex, but the squad is confident they will do well. Good luck, Golden Falcons!!!!!!!

Getting ready for competition across the country is quite the endeavor. For Coach Melissa it means packing extra everything and hoping nobody's flight's get cancelled. It's Monday and the whole team is here. Today's our first day of practice at the Wide World of Sports. Getting used to the time change takes a day or two, so we'll see how practIce goes! Wish us luck. WE'RE IN IT TO WIN IT!! GO FALCONS!!

Here's a recent pic of the Jr. Midget Golden Falcons following their win at the Palomar Conference Cheer Championship on 11/18. A little backstory on the conference: Because of the San Diego wildfires, this event was postponed until the week before Regionals. Coach Melissa believes this last-minute floor time helped build the momentum that lead to the Golden Falcons' first-place win at Wescon (not to mention their awesome routine). Nice work, Golden Falcons!!!

and Jr. Midget Golden Falcons! Congratulations to all our teams for
placing in the top 3! Jr. Pee Wee Falcons and Pee Wee Falcons placed
2nd. All 4 squads will be travelling to Orlando, Florida for the Pop
Warner National Cheer and Dance Championships. Our Midget squad placed

CONGRATULATIONS to all of the TPPW Cheer squads who performed so well at the Palomar Conference Cheer Championship on 11/18.

To the Jr. Midget Falcons (small-novice), the Jr. Midget Golden Falcons (small intermediate) and the Midget Falcons (small-novice) on winning their divisions at the Palomar Conference Cheer Championship. Congratulations also go out to the JPW Falcons and the Pee Wee Golden Falcons for taking 2nd place.

All 5 cheer squads have won a bid to Regionals on Saturday, November 24th at Cox Arena, SDSU. We encourage all TPPW families to come out and support our cheer squads.
