I don't incorporate yoga into my weekly routine enough. I think I'll start going... but I can't imagine doing yoga in a sauna! Props to you for going back and not letting her beat you!

Great photos. I wish we could reach the beach as easily from the desert of New Mexico as you can from SD. This is one of my favorite places on earth. Thought about moving there once with my family. My wife wouldn't have it. Running there is wonderful. I train at mile high altitude. Nice when I have that much oxygen to breathe.

That is beautiful, Sara!
I remember going there with my sister and her friend back when I was in school. We parked by the beach on Torrey Pines Rd, but on the way back, we decided to take the shortcut and walked along the beach to the parking lot. The tide was just coming in and soon the beach disappeared and we were climbing on rocks. We were soaked by the time we reached the car but I remember the sunset was gorgeous like the pictures you took!
