.I totally agree that, when dealing with young kids and parents in youth sports, it is important not to loose site of the goals. As I see them, the main goals are to help the kids have fun playing games they like to play and maybe to learn a few lessons about how to achieve success and overcome setbacks in life.Sometimes you see situations where it is obvious that the parents and/or the coaches make it all about them instead of about the kids. That's usually a recipie for a lot of unhappiness all around.
