Hi Team San Francisco,

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Anyone do a Turkey Trot? Let us know how it went!

Our season is winding down. I have my last big race of the year coming up this Sunday at CIM. If anyone else is running, let me know so I can keep an eye out for you.

Tuesdays at the Track with the Men's New Balance Excelsior Running Team, 12/2:

Meet 6:00 at the track at San Francisco State University. Email if you are interested in joining the workout. Easy, pre-race taper workout

Wednesday, 12/3: Metro Sport SF group run. Meet 6:15 at the store, 2198

Weekly Update 11/23

Hi Team San Francisco,

I finished off my cross country season with a great race this morning. I had a 30 second PR on a tough course in Golden Gate Park. I hope some of you think about joining me for these races next Fall. It's really lots of fun!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving! If you want to get in a workout before your Thanksgiving meals, check out one of the turkey trots in San Jose and San Francisco.
