On a different note -- flying hasnt been this cheap in years, so if you're planning to do a race in a far-away place, now's the time.

I didn't get to go horseback riding, but I did go to Arenal. Unfortunately, it was too cloudy to get a good view of the volcano, but I enjoyed soaking in the Tabacon hot springs. Beautiful place...

I love Costa Rica!!! I was there in 2007 and really enjoyed Ziplining in Monteverde especially the longest distance which was approx 800 ft long and approx 300 ft high. The cloud forest was great, loved the hummingbird gallery. Did you go horseback riding at sunset in Monteverde? Did you make it to Arenal, I believe its called Tabascon (mineral springs). I hope to go back someday..=)

Can you say heaven on earth? I wish our climbing gym would branch out and get fitness equipment and lead yoga classes. I can't justify paying for a $45/month climbing gym membership, $30/month gym membership and $15/class for yoga!
