I've read that researchers have documented that infant/toddler swimming lessons has the potential to increase concentration, alertness, and perceptual abilities. Improvement in social, emotional and physical development have also been published.
It looks like swim class is working out for 17-month old Bridget here. This little fish is fearless of the water--look at her jump/flop right in!
