Hi Pam, it's actually called a "wallyball". The place we play already has it along with the net for use, but I believe you can find them at major sports department stores.

What kind of ball do you play with? Doesn't look like a volleyball....

Good work... 90th percentile is impressive! And about 2 points better on your composite score, right? I think you can chalk it up to having a virtual training partner.....

The colors are brilliant. I can't remember if I mentioned this, but an update to our fifth star discussion: "Ald. Edward Burke (14th) has proposed adding a fifth star to the city flag if Chicago wins the right to host the Summer Games."

The event it would be commemorating is definitely on the level of the events the other four stars stand for. And what better way to convey the lasting legacy the Olympics are meant to leave than a permanent change to our city's flag? I think they should raise the new flag at the Closing Ceremony to reflect that sentiment.

Good strategy. I remember doing the swim portion for a team tri and almost got mauled by some people. It's like the running of the bulls...but with people...aaand in the water. It's actually nothing like it at all.

Yes, I'm training for the Oct 28 Grand Rapids Marathon. 8 more long runs and I should be ready! It's a bit humid outside, but I think it'll still be doable for a 13 miler after work today.
