I went for a little run in the afternoon to take advantage of the 60-degree weather we were having. <br /> <br /> Heading north from my apartment, I ran along the beach to Loyola park and then cut over to Sheridan. I kept running northward until I hit Sherwin, and then I headed back towards my apartment staying on Sheridan the rest of the way back. <br /> <br /> I didn't feel great--but it was nice to get out there, get moving and enjoy the beautiful weather!
