Proper way to break in a glove?

Hi all,

I'm looking to learn how different people break in their gloves, what works for them, what doesn't work, etc.

I've heard a lot of various techniques from microwaving the glove to running over it with a car.

How have you found is the best way to break in a glove?

New Web Site Reviews Fastpitch Bats

I'm a recently retired high school varsity/travel fastpitch coach.

To stay involved in the sport, I've just created a Web site that presents specs/models, evaluates/reviews and posts Player/Parent/Coach reviews of over 60 fastpitch softball bats including bats from Akadema, Albin Athletics, Anderson, Combat, DeMarini, Easton, Louisville Slugger, Mattingly, Miken, Mizuno, Rawlings, Rip-It, Schutt and Worth.

I also rank the bats based solely on 500+ reviews (recommended/not recommended) from Players, Parents and Coaches. Also included are sections on selecting (length, weight, etc.) and caring for fastpitch softball bats as well as certified/approved/licensed links to all major associations.

FULL DISCLAIMER: I'm not affiliated with any manufacturer and I don't sell any bats though I do let vendors advertise via Google Ads to pay for the site. I just want to help players, parents and coaches make better decisions.
