Next to your display name at the top of the page, click the link to your own My Active profile. (If there is no link, you're probably not logged in). Click the "Email Notifications" tab on the far right. Click the box next to the message and then click "Remove Selected Notifications"&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HOW DO I EMBED PHOTOS/IMAGES INTO A POST?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;From Firefox and Internet Explorer:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1. Click the "Insert/edit image" icon in the toolbar on top of the text editor window&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2. Click "Upload Images" to browse your computer and select your image/photo to upload&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3. Click "Insert"&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4. Click the "Preview" post tab (above text editor) and you should see the pic&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;5.
