Sub 2 Hour Half Marathon Manifesto

I wanted to share with the daily mile forum community a project I have been working on for the past two months. It is called the sub 2 hour half marathon manifesto and it is specifically for runners who are in the 2 hour plus to 3 hour half-marathon ability levels.

It is more then just a 12-week training plan but consists of enough motivation to fill an NFL football stadium . I have seen far too many runners miss their goals on account of not spending adequate time at their specific race pace, fueling issues and jump to the conclusions that they dont have what it takes, aren't talented enough. Failures lead them to either quit or makes them think they dont have thw capability to make it happen.

The sub 2 hour half marathon manifesto is what I have learned in over 21 years of experience, failures and successes along the way and how half marathoners can take what I have learned from some of the world's top coaches and elite runners in a matter of hours and days.

If you are sick of missing this barrier and want a genuine program that will set you up for success along with sharing some time with someone who understands where you are at and what you are capable of

You can visit the Sub 2 Hour Half Marathon Manifesto website

Best Wishes and continued success in your running. I know you can do it.

Nathan, 2.19 marathoner

3rd time using the program

This is the 3rd time using the Beginning Half Marathon training program. It was great for my first one, but with the 3rd, I didn't feel it was challenging enough. I did review the intermediate training program, but felt that it was too challenging. There doesn't seem to be a program in the middle. I would like a program that increases speed by just 3-5 minutes and helps train for hills.

Not My Favorite program

This is the second time I have used Active trainer to prepare for a Half Marathon. I have to say this time I did not feel I was prepared enough for this race despite completing nearly all the training suggested. One of the reasons is that the course for the Half Marathon this time had many more hills then the program suggested I do. I ran the Miami Half last time and the I chose a different program which I felt worked on speed more and really had me better conditioned for the race. Needless to say I was disappointed this time.
