      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:81e94c18-ef41-43f7-8b46-4ce61809ecdc] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hey guys,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So I decided that i really want to take my game to the next level but the problem is we only train 3 times a week for 1.5 hours which is not enough imo.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;But despite that i wanne get better and at a faster rate then im doing it now.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;now here are some things i thought of (remember im 16 and still going to school so I cant do anything crazy because i have to keep studying)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-Lifting weigth, ive thought if it but never really got to it, i mostly do basic excercises like pushups,squads and sit-ups now and then but maybe weigths will get me more results? ive also thought of doing some ropeskipping to train my legs more.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- Jogging? Ive thought a lot about this but I really dont know, running just isnt my thing and i dont thing its needed atm because i have no problem keeping up with the games atm so maybe its something for later.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- Swimming: now you might think: whut?? but fact is that swimming improves your overall stability and form also it trains all your muscles together so maybe thats something that could come in handy???&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;now I can always do like basic dribbeling/shooting drills but I do not have acces to a rim all the time and I think i gotta work on my shape too so...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;suggestions/advice/help is highly appreciated&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thnx guys&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Arne&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:81e94c18-ef41-43f7-8b46-4ce61809ecdc] --&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:702eba0d-3a93-44c0-9716-afa2c463f323] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;So ye here is my problem,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;for the last 3 years ive litterly played every single position, ive played center,guard and forward and i really dunno what to train on anymore...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;im 16 years old and like 1.87m (6 feet 3 inches i think?) and fairly muscly (not ripped or anything), I had to play center the first year cuz i was the biggest on the team and the only one that could grab a rebound/ make a post move, ive played forward cuz... well i dunno rlly just cuz&amp;#160; i had to and i played sg for quite some time now because i can drain the 3 and my ball handeling is pretty good.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;now overall my best quality is by far my in traffic/off dribble shooting and the stepbakc jumper, if i get the chance to drive ill mostly go for it and then stepback and hit it from a coouple feet out.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;my post moves are decent but its just because if i get into trouble i know i can spin out and take the fadeaway.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;my weak points are probably: drive on speed(my speed is good but I dont practise it because i dont feel safe when going on speed), finishing against a big guy, mostly finishing within the bucket... and against a good shot blocker in mostly kinda scr*wd too because they can predict the jumper and act accordingly.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Now should i play sg for my jumpers or should i maybe play center for the fadeaway if it gets too hard to finish?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Maybe even forward if you see a good reason behind that but i dont rlly know anymore &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Help/advice is highly appreciated and if you think im getting something wrong pls tell me because not everyone''s perfect i guess &lt;img height="16px" src="http://community.active.com/4.5.5/images/emoticons/grin.gif" width="16px"/&gt; but ill make sure to practise hard on whatever i have to play atm&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;(sorry for the bad english maybe, its not my native language, my apologies if you had trouble reading)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;thnx&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A.Jansen&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:702eba0d-3a93-44c0-9716-afa2c463f323] --&gt;</description>
