      <title>What sports do you do for the thrill rush?</title>

Slow down&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2. Run longer&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you run slower you can run longer before you're shot.&amp;#160; Keep hydrated so you can keep sweating to cool yourself.&amp;#160; If you stop sweating all of a sudden take a break, rehydrate and cool down.&amp;#160; Basically it all just takes time in the heat and you'll be good to go.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Brett&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Activenortheast.com&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:63f4ff9f-67f2-486b-874f-e10a31835bcc] --&gt;</description>
