It wasn't difficult so I didn't think too much of it. I had three egg whites and a side of fruit for breakfast and some unsalted nuts for a little snack before my run. I had a half a cup of decaf and about 12 ounces of water before my run. I had about 16 oz after my run. About a half hour to 45 min after my run I got aggitated, shaky, cold, and sick to my stomach. I drank a bit of lemonaide thinking it was blood sugar related. Forced down my lunch and more water. 6 hours later I still feel like %$#&amp;amp; but, slightly better. What did I do wrong and how can I fix it and not repeat it. THANK YOU!!! It is about 8-9 weeks long, depending on where you obtain the training schedule. But it does work.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Oh and&amp;#160; you will always have supporters if you come here.&amp;#160; I also follow the heavyweight runner. I met her in 2009 at a WW board. She was just starting to do 10Ks and thinking about doing a marathon. Well two weeks ago she completed a 1/2 IronMan..you can find her on facebook.
