Okay, I am sorry if I offended anyone with my attitude towards overweight joggers/walkers. It is commendable that all of you do try to run, and are brave enough to try running. I'm sure it would be harder for most of you people here to start running than for someone like me, and I applaud you for taking that step. Thanks.

Summing up the generalities, not individualities. Perhaps I'm a "wee little man", but at least I can run a 4:20 mile, a 15:11 5k, and a 1:14 half marathon.

Well I mean there are people who work and work and can't break 6 minutes... I speak from experience from knowing people who've been through this..
