Hello;

I have just started this program just finished W1 and thinking of doing W1 over again just because I am so sore lol. anyway I am 41 and tip the scales at 295 or so, I have always loved lifting weights and hated the running thing, which I think comes from being in the military where they don't give you the choice of whether to run or not. Anyway I just wanted to say hi to everyone, and it feels good to know that there are so many other "big" people out there sweating with me!!

Great event! Perfect weather, super-friendly crew. My first 'trail run' since cross-country in high school - course was challenging, but wide enough to allow more seasoned runners to pass when I needed to slow down to watch my footing. Definitely on next year's schedule!

This was my 5th mud run, and it was well put together. I was very happy with the course, and very happy with the organization. The wind was a bit bothersome which caused some dust in the spectator area. However, that's easily fixed with some water on the loose dirt.

The kids course looked awesome, I can't wait to bring my son next time.
