Temp was about 48 in this part of central new york, with a light breeze. Pretty ideal. I am at 227 pounds, down from 251 last December. Spent the summer pedalling my bike across the US, that was good for weight loss, but when I got to the Atlantic, I ran out of room to keep going.&amp;#160; I am a little surprised at how sore my leg muscles are, but I'm planning to do W1D2 tonight. We have a nice new running track at the local High School with a soft spongy surface. The local high school has a track that is a soft surface. I did pretty well Monday, but my legs are still sore. I pedalled my bike across the US this summer and I still have some of that fitness left, even though I haven't exercised much since mid August. I haven't been able to run due to arthritis and runner's knee, but am doing weights to fix the runner's knee and taking a pill for the arthritis, so hopefully the plan will work out.&amp;#160; Also my weight is about 230, so that makes it a challenge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:3b731aa6-628b-4299-af18-3f71875a5a76] --&gt;</description>
