The Columbus Storm organization is looking for players in the following afe groups.

10u/12u/ & 14u.

We have 2 teams in age group to include one 16u and one 18u teams.

Our 10u groups are looking for catchers and pitchers.

Our 12u(first year) is looking for another outfielder, pitcher, and 3b.

Our 14u is looking for a catcher, 2b, and of.

Our 16/18 group is looking for 1 pitcher.

Storm 10U and 12U Open Tryouts 10 Dec

As we continue to grow we will be looking to finalize a few slots on our 10U and 12U programs. We are based out of Columbus and looking for dedicated and committed players. Our basic approach is keying on basic fundamentals for these age groups.

We will be having open tryouts on Dec 10th at Northside HS. All interested players should email me at patmcdermott2@msn.com so that we have a means of contacting you in case of a change in plans.All positions are open and will be considered. Coaching staff does not have any child on the roster, so mom and pop ball is not an issue.

We have an indoor facility for year round work. We also have a former CSU standout as our pitching instructor for the organization.

Storm 12U and 18U Looking

We are a solid organization that is based out of Columbus GA. We are looking for a few players to finish off both rosters (12U,18U) for the upcoming 2012 season. Both teams are already practicing and playing throughout the fall and will continue winter workouts at our new indoor facility. We are looking for committed and dedicated players who have the heart and desire to succeed.

Storm 14U Open tryouts

The Columbus Storm will hold its second round of tryouts for our 14U team on 2 Oct. This is going to be a first year 14U team and we will play at the B level. All positions are open and will be considered. Pitchers who want the ball and are looking for some serious mound time here is an excellent opportunity. Team will focus on building a strong fundamental base for all players.

Columbus Storm 14U and 12U Tryouts

The Columbus Storm will be hosting open tryouts for the 2011/2012 seasons. We are looking for dedicated and committeted players. Teams will play an aggressive tournament schedule during the fall and into the spring. We have an indoor facility for year round use. Our focus is to help each player reach their full potential through a concentration of fundamentals and conditioning. 12U Tryouts will be held Saturday 6 August at Northside HS.

New 10U Storm Team Forming

The Columbus Storm are in the process of adding a second 10U team to our program. We are looking for all positions with an emphasis on 1B and catching. All positions will be considered! The coaching staff has no child on the roster so there is no mom and pop ball. Our goal is to create an environment that will allow the players to grow(with our focus on the fundamentals) while still enjoying ourselves. A team atmosphere both inside and out of the fence line. Season will run July through November with the expectation of carrying over into the spring.
