Can the Chicago Bulls win a championship when/if Derrick Rose comes back?

Yes, I definitely think they are a huge threat. They are playing above 500 ball w/o the former mvp and I believe with technology and Derricks work ethic that he will come back stronger than before given that he is so young. It would help if the Bulls would accurie another star but with Rose's will, Chicago is a legit title contender. Like his commercial said " drose will rise " but will he be enough? I dont know, what do you have to say?

What weather is appropriate to play basketball in ?

If your dedicated enough you will play in any weather because I know I cant go a day without basketball.

Derrick Rose or Chris Paul?

I would have to take Derrick Rose being he is the youngest mvp ever and scores 25 ppg, and still is able to be in the top 15 in assits per game. He is able to win any game with his will, and many compare his "will" to a kobe or Jordan. He is the number one point guard in the league. Top three player in NBA.
