      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:d37a5e32-a4c3-4397-b77f-1b23069d4b11] --&gt;&lt;div class='jive-rendered-content'&gt;&lt;p&gt;The neat thing about our workout facility is that it has an indoor track that is 1/12th of a mile (small, but effective) that is monitored and secure.&amp;#160; there is also an outside trail there that is a 1 mile loop that I don't mind running when it's a bit too "close" indoors.&amp;#160; It's a great fitness facility and is accessible 24 hours a day by passcode, so I like that.&amp;#160; They have daycare at certain times of the week, so I'm going to start taking advantage of that now that the little one is older and they can take him.&amp;#160; love it!&amp;#160; Now, just to follow through................it's too easy to not go. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I've been cleaning and organizing my closets - grossly past time to do that!!!!!!!!!!       <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:d9f2c95b-54ad-495b-98c1-d8277f3ba491] --&gt;&lt;div class='jive-rendered-content'&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hey, I couldn't post for a week or so because of the changeover, but here I am!&amp;#160; I kickstarted running again and I'm not doing too bad.&amp;#160; I went to the track this morning and ran about 2 miles (still having to walk in between the miles a bit) and toward the end, I felt like i had exercise asthma.&amp;#160; Not sure why, but my chest was really really tight.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Work has gotten strange lately.&amp;#160; I'm now off of four ten-hour days and back into five eight-hour days, but a change in my work hours and now I get off at 4.&amp;#160; So, I've been able to do more things with the kids after school, which is nice.&amp;#160; Before, I was getting home at 6:15 and racing to get dinner on the table and right after dinner it was time to put the baby to bed (he's going to be 2 soon!).&amp;#160; So, I get more time with them overall. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So, I think my plan now is to start stoppng by the gym on my way home a few days a week (they have a nice daycare for the kids, so at least I don't have to backtrack and it's a change of pace for them) and run/exercise. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I also cleaned out two closets and fixed my fireplace, so I'm happy &lt;img height="16px" src="http://community.active.com/images/emoticons/happy.gif" width="16px"/&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ooh, I like the changes, when I typed a : and a ) it automatically made it a happy face for me &lt;img height="16px" src="http://community.active.com/images/emoticons/happy.gif" width="16px"/&gt; &lt;img height="16px" src="http://community.active.com/images/emoticons/happy.gif" width="16px"/&gt;&lt;img height="16px" src="http://community.active.com/images/emoticons/happy.gif" width="16px"/&gt; &lt;img height="16px" src="http://community.active.com/images/emoticons/happy.gif" width="16px"/&gt;&amp;#160; how fun! &lt;img height="16px" src="http://community.active.com/images/emoticons/grin.gif" width="16px"/&gt; &lt;img height="16px" src="http://community.active.com/images/emoticons/grin.gif" width="16px"/&gt; &lt;img height="16px" src="http://community.active.com/images/emoticons/grin.gif" width="16px"/&gt;&amp;#160; I wonder what other changes are in store?&amp;#160; LOL.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For some motivation, I'll try to attach a pic of me and my daughter at our 5K this summer (can you say red race, Rose?).&amp;#160; I have another one in two weeks...........hope my time comes down!!!!!!!!!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Rose&lt;a href="http://community.active.com/servlet/JiveServlet/showImage/2-667038-9692/100_6057.JPG"&gt;&lt;img alt="100_6057.JPG" class="jive-image-thumbnail jive-image" height="337" onclick="" src="http://community.active.com/servlet/JiveServlet/downloadImage/2-667038-9692/450-337/100_6057.JPG" width="450"/&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:d9f2c95b-54ad-495b-98c1-d8277f3ba491] --&gt;</description>
