      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:aa0de665-ca0f-46dd-b57b-ae719f8d8f4f] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I can't believe I'm already on Week 2 of my 5k to 10k app, and still enjoying running.&amp;#160; I'm super slow, I haven't actually hit 5k yet, but I have ran for 35 minutes.&amp;#160; I'm actually ok with being slow, I'm more active, and I'm running at least 3x a week (sometimes I throw an extra in there).&amp;#160; I've been adding some strength training, that's fun also.&amp;#160; I just never thought, at 46 years old, that I'd start being one of those women who "likes" fitness stuff, like running and lifting weights.&amp;#160; Who knew?&amp;#160; Thank you C25K. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:aa0de665-ca0f-46dd-b57b-ae719f8d8f4f] --&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:3c2f1413-a180-4b6e-ab80-adcf3c0f8f4f] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;This is a group after my own heart, I'm 46 and could stand to lose about 30 lbs.&amp;#160; I will be doing W8D1 tomorrow, and I've lost 15 lbs and a few inches since I started!&amp;#160; I did C25K about 3 years ago, I like to say I went full circle.&amp;#160; Couch, to 5k, and back to couch again, lol.&amp;#160; I have been cross training, doing some weight lifting and kettle bell swings, and it has made a HUGE&amp;#160; difference in the ease with which I run.&amp;#160; Also, I feel great.&amp;#160; I love being able to call myself a runner, and I'm enjoying getting out there with my little dog.&amp;#160; I run slowly, I sweat like crazy, but I love it.       <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:c48cb05b-457a-437d-a348-a13913afdd50] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt; Congrats on graduation.&amp;#160; I'm in Week 6 also in Arizona, San Tan Valley.&amp;#160; I know the Hot Chocolate 15k/5k is coming up in December, I was thinking about that one for my first.&amp;#160; There is also a great running store in Tempe called Sole Sports Running Zone which has a list of local races.&amp;#160; They also have some really helpful staff there who sold me a great fitting pair of shoes.&amp;#160; Good luck, I'm going to keep an eye on this thread and see if anyone else has good ideas about what's coming up.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:c48cb05b-457a-437d-a348-a13913afdd50] --&gt;</description>
