Training will be tough tonight, but nothing like what the CO firefighters are going through right now! Praying for my brothers out there that they stay healthy and safe!

Praying for a lot these days...Its amazing the power of prayer, even if it is from strangers for other corners of the country. I pray for My mother (Julie) who was just diagnoised with cancer yet again =( (5th type of cancer she has had), Caleb and his family and friends, healing of Avery's friends and family, to the firefighters of Silver Creek FD who lost one unexpectantly (Asst. Chief Tim Marquardt) on July 27th 2012, the communities devistated by the wild fires in CO, CA, and AZ, the firefighters fighting the blazes, their families who are praying they come home, and so much more.

I will also give thanks, for my health, for my friends, for my family, and for the support and inspiration I find in all of you.

God bless everyone of you!

ok, ok now get out there and run!
