I'm sure many here would agree that you will get the best benefit from running outdoors (for accurate time readings and building endurance) than on a treadmill. I've trained for triathlons before and have used the treadmill more as an alternative when running outdoors is not possible. And like you mentioned when running outdoors you have to take into consideration the wind conditions which believe it or not make a difference specially when you are counting the minutes/seconds.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A good way to build endurance and improve your time is to run/walk/run method. The other positive is that when I need a energy fix I use their energy drink &lt;a class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://verve-drinks.com/"&gt;Verve&lt;/a&gt; which is also packed with 1oz of Vemma in addition to Taurine.
