Hmm, I don't remember the post, which is probably good because I have a real problem with forgiving and forgetting ;-)

Glad barefoot is working for you. I run short distances bare, and sometimes in Vibram Five Fingers, would like to build up to longer distances but since I only run once or twice a week lately, it's hard to fit it in. Good luck!

Ruby, I am shocked, but I know that anyone who has the strength and tenacity to run 18 miles while suffering blindness and the problems you have had is strong enough to get through this, whatever it takes, and get on with life and running. Exactly what Charlie said. This MCM was my 21st and favorite race for me, what an honor, and I'll never forget it. Gave the colors a big kiss and said "Thanks, Jimmy" as I handed them off for Mike to pick up at Mile 16. We may make this a tradition!

P.S. So sorry we didn't get coordinated better, Chris! Really wanted you to be our final leg. I hope you had a great marathon!

Awww, Ruby, that just stinks and I feel so bad for you. Though I still think you surely made the right decision and it's just one of those things. But the disappointment must have been pretty bad. We talked about you and hoped we would see you this weekend! Get well and get back out there. Hang in there, girl!

I just want to say how proud I am to be a part of this, Jimmy. You got this group started in 2007 and I'm amazed at how many great friends I have made and retained and all the good times we've shared. It's the least we can do to honor you since you can't be here! I also plan to drink six beers in your honor after the marathon is over, okay? ;-)

Still won't work, can't read ANY PM's, old/new, sent/received. It just says a serious error has occurred. Any help?

Is anyone else having a problem opening PM's? Every time I click on one, it says, "We're sorry, but a serious error has occurred in the system." And I can't read any of my messages.

Now I remember why I quit using this forum much. It's so annoying.

Anyone else having problems? I guess just try it again tomorrow....
