      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:31b3d380-55a1-447b-9a07-6cd77a8088f3] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hey guys im 14 am i've been working out and preparing myself for my under 16 school (im in europe ) here's one of my workouts , what do you think i could change ?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-15 minute run warm-up&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-40-50 Free throws&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-Brake &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-I normally work on full court dribbling drills such as like leg crossover to one side then sprint to another and shoot it or lay it in ( about 10 times on one side then change to another and do another 10 times)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-20 shots middle range, close range , three's.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-Brake&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-One on One.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-40-50 Free throws.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;---------------------&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Afternoon:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-20 minute run&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-3 series of 20 push-ups , triceps , abdominal, dorsal&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-Vertical jump drills.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-Footwork&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-Ball handling &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I do this 3 times per week , normally on the days i don't workout i go to shoot some free throws.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:31b3d380-55a1-447b-9a07-6cd77a8088f3] --&gt;</description>
