18U College Bound player AVAILABLE for summer pickup

I am an 18U college signed player that is looking for some playing time this summer. I normally play Catcher, First and pitcher. I can play any position if needed. I have currently made the District 5A First Team All- District 2 years in a row and have won several awards on my high school and previous year round team. I have been playing year round-travel ball since 12U.

My current batting average is .452.

Staff’s goal is to advance skills and prepare the players for college level play while providing and aiding with college exposure tournaments and application processes.

We expect a 6 month commitment (August thru January); which consist of practices and tournament play.

Current members are experienced high school players and are looking to add future members who won’t and don’t slack and are committed to playing and preparing for collegiate play.

18U HERICANES.....tryouts!!!!

The 18 U Hericanes will be conducting tryouts May 15, 2011 at Nimitz Sr High school from 3:00 - 6:00 pm. Address is:

Fields are located behind Nimitz High School and Parker Intermediate(off of Hardy Rd). This will be our home field.

Athletes need to be TOTALLY committed to playing, receiving instruction, preparing for college level/exposure, and playing very competitive ball. Players are required to master one, but to learn/know each position on the field. Players will be require to participate in community service projects as well.

Coaching staff consist of 20 plus year experience in playing and instruction.

Photographer must be able to provide

Photographers to covers 4-5 fields
Must have set up to provide pictures after game and/or tournament is complete.
Each and every team that is participating should be photographed.
On line orders will not be a requirement
Must be able to accept cash/atm/check/charge
Percentage of sales is given back to the hosting team.(To be discussed)

The 18U Her-I-Canes has only 1 position left.

Current players are of various local high schools and are dedicated to the team and the sport.

We are looking for one more to add to our roster who is committed to high level team playing, is coachable, understands team work, participates in team building activities, weekly practices and conditioning, possesses a positive attitude and loves the game of softball.

Members of this team are required to learn all positions of the team with the exception of speciality positions (i.e.pitching, catching).

Team particpates in college exposure tournaments as well as qualifying tournaments in USFA,IFA and ASA.

We practice on the north side of town in the Spring/Humble area.

Her-I-Canes Organization Expanding ! ! 12U forming

The Her-I-Canes organization (established since 1998)is expanding. We are forming a 12U team and are looking for players that are willing to learn,expand their knowledge, understand and participant in true teamwork and love the game of softball.

The coaching staff has over 25 plus years of experience coaching and playing and plans to see this team through to an 18U as well.
