      <title>USA v. Brazil? Taking bets!</title>

I just want to know what should be my range basically. I have started to eat healthier as a Lifestyle change, not some fad diet. I have fruits and/or veggies in every meal, but I havent counted calories at all. I have been losing weight for sure since then and I know a good majority is fat not muscle, but Im just hoping Im not deficiant. Ive lost a total of 14bls in a month and a half.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Avg Daily consumption:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Breakfast: 1/2 cup old fashion otas, 1scoop of whey (chocolate),1/4 skim milk, tea sppon of Honey w/ a banana and cup of Tea , also 2400mg Omega 3pills&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Snack: Orange Juice w/ 1/2 cup mix of sliced almonds and raisined cranberries&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Lunch:(biggest issue but still make due) Workout days= 2 wheat bread slices wit Smart Balance Peanut butter and 1/2 blueberries, Non workout days= either a medium Artichoke boiled n served with a mix sauce of mustard n olive oil or a spinach salad w/ vinager, evoo, n salt&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Snack: Grapefruit, or&amp;nbsp; 1cup berries mix&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Dinner: Chicken made on a rotissary machine or forman style grill w/ veggies&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Last snack: 1/2 cup Cherries and small glass of milk (both help me sleep better)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I was hoping to see what I might need to add in any spots and if Im taking in enough calories, also I run 3-4x a week, avg 2-4miles and body weight exercises. Funny story actually. It was the American Bank Sunset Classic in Bloomfield, NJ. The website said the race was a 5k, which was a bit more t&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;hen the track I run. Matter of fact I never ran in my life till this year. In April I began walking daily at two parks near me, both 2miles more or less. I eventually began &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;running small sprints in between my running in May and eventually till June I can run 60% of the tracks n walk rest in between. I had one practice run a week before the &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;race&amp;nbsp; doing 3miles. I clocked in 38mins so about 12m miles. I decided to do the race anyway and at the 3rd mile i clocked in at 35m, beating my practice by 3m and with &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;less exaughstion then before thatnks to pacing myself. Then came the SHOCKER, this was not a 5k, but a 5Mile run. When that light hit me, I'm sure my face was &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;priceless, but **** Ive come this far so I sucked it up n got sum rest in that 4th mile n had some good runs in the 5th. To my surprise I came in in 1:00:52 w/ a 12:02m &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;mile.
