      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:9671eba1-3d54-460c-96fd-73a09d64d72d] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt; Number one thing i always did was work on my fundamentals make sure you really have the basics down and it really hepls to have a high basketball IQ some of things i did before practices and games was shoot free throws and learn to follow your shot this keeps you disaplane by mastering your shot and also beeing able to track down your rebounds for example rajon rondo is smaller then me but yet what makes him a great rebounder is that he follows his shoots trust me once you get it down ull always be able to get the rebound. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;as far as after practies thats usually when i worked harder i always was by myself and i always worked on my game i always dribbled around as fast as i could i shoot around untill the cops showed up and n i played and played every day and i still do to this day its important you stick to this rutine because size and strangth mean nothing if you have the skill you can become more then what people make of you&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;One key thing is to update your basketball IQ after i graduated i got a scolorship to play for Providence collage friers in the atlantic 10 division i also had gotton many others from division 1 schools and it really came down because i had the smarts of the game try this off season by getting involved in coaching or becomeing a assatant coach coaching helps exspand your knoledge of the game and really test your situational basketball skills coaching is differnt from playing you have to be a team player you have to be a motivater and you have to have quick reactions to situations because when i was coaching i started running differnt sets and it helped me notice and made me better at reading defenders this coaching helped my game so much that it really took notice to my coach the following season.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;But no matter what work outs you do or what drills u run nothing and i mean nothing can judge effort and as long as you show effort on a day to day bases trust me you will be the one commin away with the better end remmber work hard and play ball everyday every minute you get and it will pan out for you&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;good luck&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:9671eba1-3d54-460c-96fd-73a09d64d72d] --&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:a149bd3a-a077-442a-a3f5-3f707fd728e1] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;To be honest with you it all depends on your coach and what his game plan is and what kind of sets he runs and in order to really wanna switch just talk to your coach and see what he has to say and let him know whats good im sure hell give you a shot in the mean time&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;as much as i think working out is good and well needed but its not gonna improve on your dribbling or your shooting or your rebounding but sence you have the stuff why not use it ok&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1.) streach(always streach before after drills or a workout and after trainning)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2.) start by doing 10 full sprints from telephone pole to another&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3.) work on quads put 15lbs on each side and do squats do 5 sets of 10 and add a set every day&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4.) with the weights on your gonna do a squat and hold it and jump and land pack with your knees bent this increses your virtical leap do 5 sets of 10 and reember add 1 set everyday&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;5.)do 100 sit ups and add 10 everyday&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;6.) do 100 push ups if it helps do 10 sets of 10 and add 10 to each set everyday&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;7.) do 5 sets of 10 doing curls &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;8.) 5 sets of 10 for bench press remmber add a set everyday to increese the workout intensity&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1st start by working on your dribbling put a rag over you eyes and dribble in place remmber to switch hands and to go between the legs and behind the back to increese your ball handling this helps you keep yor head up in a game next bounce the ball against the backboard and catch the round do 100 on each side then do 50 lay ups on each side make sure you switch off start by useing your right then your left then switch to the other side and do your right to your left giving you the ability to finish with either hand next just work on your free throws try to make at least 20 in a row before moving on this works on your form after that just shoot around start down low then work towrds the mid range then work on the outside after your offense trainning is done just work on youur defense what you need to do is get into a defense position and d lateral movement and make sure you stay on your toes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;hopefully it works like they have for me if you have any questions on workouts with a partner shoot me a message and ill help you out&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:a149bd3a-a077-442a-a3f5-3f707fd728e1] --&gt;</description>
