      <title>Fitness Kickboxing</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:74d4c849-2f7c-4fc8-b5c1-3f239df4bcde] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hey Guys!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I was curious to see if anyone in the Active community have tried Fitness Kickboxing, Cardio Karate, or anything along those lines.&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;At my Martial Arts School, The Dojo of Karate, we are teaching a Cardio Kickboxing class called &lt;a class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://www.thedojoofkarate.com/karatepump"&gt;Karate Pump&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;#160; We basically teach a Kick boxing class, where you get to execute punches,kicks, blocks, and body movements on free standing bags to some great music in the background.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Has anyone every trained in these type of Fitness Kickboxing classes before?&amp;#160; If so, did you guys get great results compared to your other workout routines?&amp;#160; I've read many testimonials and heard from prospects how this type of alternative training has helped improve their fitness, self-confidence,endurance, and learn self-defense.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'd enjoy to hear everyone's feedback about Cardio Kickboxing!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Javier&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt; &amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:74d4c849-2f7c-4fc8-b5c1-3f239df4bcde] --&gt;</description>

      <title>Martial Arts Cross-Training</title>
