      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:b2939d84-4be7-4667-9707-f0ad77000494] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Welcome John!&amp;#160; Glad to have you join the group!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Let me just say....taking time off is NOT a good thing, at least not for me.&amp;#160; Last week was crazy with my schedule and with rain and what not and since I didn't have a race this last weekend, I ended up just taking an entire week off from running.&amp;#160; I was finally able to get back out there Friday afternoon and it was ROUGH!!!&amp;#160; It took me 35 minutes and LOTS of walking breaks to complete 3.2 miles.&amp;#160; I felt like I did back when I was only about half way through C25K!&amp;#160; I am making it a point to get my runs in this week no matter what the weather is like.&amp;#160; I've got a 5K this coming Saturday that I will be completing as a part of a team.&amp;#160; At this point, my goal has reverted back to just running the entire time - no time goal unless my training this week improves significantly!&amp;#160; Hopefully next week I will be able to pick back up with B210K.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;On the personal side of things: our boxer just had &lt;strong&gt;9 puppies &lt;/strong&gt;on Wednesday!&amp;#160; Yes, even the vet was shocked that she had so many, especially with this being her first litter.&amp;#160; I'm sure this is not helping my training in the least, as I feel like I have a newborn in my house.&amp;#160; They are being kept in our bathroom, as it's the only place we can close them off, so I get to listen to them whining during the night, and have to get up every couple of hours to let Belle, our boxer, out.&amp;#160; Apparently her stomach hasn't completely settled back down from the birth.&amp;#160; If any of you want a boxer, we have 6 females needing homes!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:b2939d84-4be7-4667-9707-f0ad77000494] --&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:38a57227-228c-47e7-9664-a68ae73e47d8] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;We actually just moved down here a year ago feeling this was where God wanted us.&amp;#160; Works out well because we now have a home on 20 acres of family land.&amp;#160; So moving definitely isn't an option&amp;#160; &lt;img height="16px" src="http://community.active.com/4.5.5/images/emoticons/happy.gif" width="16px"/&gt;&amp;#160; Unfortunately, we live in small town usa, so getting a gym membership that transfers isn't an option.&amp;#160; There's actually only one gym in our town and it's a part of the hospital here.&amp;#160; Not sure I want the ongoing expense of a gym membership.&amp;#160; I've had one before, and I discovered that 9 times out of 10, I would make an excuse instead of going.&amp;#160; To me it's just a hassle to have to drive up there, wait for the machines I want to use, etc.&amp;#160; I much prefer being able to walk out my front door and hit the roads running....or if I purchase a treadmill, only having a one time up front fee and then being able to use it whenever I want to.&amp;#160; Who knows, I may end up purchasing a treadmill this fall and then in a year or two when I'm at home getting a gym membership if we have the extra money so I can have a place to swim as well.&amp;#160; I guess only time will tell.&amp;#160; If only we had a money tree and I could do all of the above and then some&amp;#160; &lt;img height="16px" src="http://community.active.com/4.5.5/images/emoticons/wink.gif" width="16px"/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:38a57227-228c-47e7-9664-a68ae73e47d8] --&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:341fab24-bd8c-424f-b7c3-ec8fb328c04d] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'm up to doing closer to 5-6 miles a day on my runs now, so I broke down and bought a FuelBelt after having a run where I almost passed out from dehydration!&amp;#160; I don't wear it if I'm doing 4 miles or less, but have been wearing it if I'm doing anything over 4 miles just in case I need it.&amp;#160; With this crazy heat and humidity most of the time I've been glad I've had it with me!&amp;#160; My only complaint about the FuelBelt is that I have to wear it around my natural waistline instead of around my hips and I HATE things on my waist, but I guess I'd rather have something around my waist than pass out from dehydration!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:341fab24-bd8c-424f-b7c3-ec8fb328c04d] --&gt;</description>
