      <title>Sports drink before on hot day?</title>

I tried holding it in &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;my hand last year during a long run and it got all fizzy and nasty, plus the only thing I crave during a hot run is water, but I know I need&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;the elec. because I often get 'salty' arms at the end of a long run during the summer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:f7e46268-867f-4bce-9a52-1183caa39e3e] --&gt;</description>
