I can actually run for 25 min straight.

2. I actually enjoy part of it.

3. I really feel good afterwards.

So...I will stay positive and not start freaking out in my head about adding 3 more minutes in W8. I'm heading out of town tomorrow, but will have a gym in the hotel and will be jet lagged, so I'm planning on getting up super early in the morning, running, taking a shower, and going back to bed. We'll see how it goes. : )

I'm so excited for those of y'all who have already made to 30 min and even 3 miles! That's so great! And congrats to the first racers in our group! I'm so proud that we've had so many people stick it out for the whole program.
