I weight 290 two years ago. Lost 100 pounds in ten months. It was hard work grueling. I changed my diet and started walking five minutes at a time and lifting weights ( i was totally out of shape, huffing and puffing up the stairs.) Then i added more time, more reps and started cutting out food.&amp;#160; It worked.&amp;#160; Last year i put some pounds back on- bad attitude and stopped walking.&amp;#160; I've been working out for three months and finally broke 200.&amp;#160; When i think about how hard the past three months have been, harder than at any other time losing weight i wonder how i broke that promise to myself and let the weight come back on.&amp;#160; I really need this thread- thanks wideguy.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:679c6972-e752-4a59-9e75-664c88b27125] --&gt;</description>

I can't tell you how it makes me feel to see others&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;here, putting themselves out there, loud and strong, it gives me&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;strength. I just turned 46 and spent last year dieting, walking and&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;weightlifting and lost 100 pounds.&amp;#160; I never thought i'd put the&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;weight back on but here I am 20 pounds heavier.&amp;#160; I need a place of&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;encouragement. I don't know how I expected my weight loss to effect&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;my life but I guess I was expecting more... been a little down in the&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;dumps about that.
