I felt awkward showing up to class in yoga pants with a fat ***, so I started to eat better and healthier foods and replaced my soda with Vita Coco. It's helped a ton.

I also don't have very powerful legs but found if I thrust with my hips then the kick usually follows. I also tend to drink vita coco while I swim and that gives me all the energy I need.

Once winter hits your body is sucked of all its nutrients and you just feel like hell. I drink Vita Coco to regain them and for rehydration purposes. It also tastes good, and has electrolytes and more potassium in one serving than in an entire banana. I truly recommend that and as much biking in the off season as you can.

I wasn't treating my body well enough to the right amount of electrolytes and nutrients, but thankfully I found a drink I loved and that replenished everything. Vita Coco not only has 1/3 more electrolytes and nutrients than Gatorade, but has more potassium than a banana. I used to get too exhausted to ride as much as I wanted to, but now that I've found a better rehydration solution biking has become much more enjoyable.

I also replace dessert with it because it tastes so damn good. I highly recommend coconut water, specifically Vita Coco.

There's nothing like the feel of the open road, but there's also nothing like the cramps and wanting to pass out in a weedy ditch by some sort of woe-begone forgotten highway. I found out the hard way that rehydrating properly is the key to success. I've tried alot of sports drinks, but I found that coconut water and specifically Vita Coco works the best. I rather enjoy the taste, and the nutrients and electrolytes give me the extra push I desperately need.
