The Madison Hatters are pleased to announce tryouts for a U16 softball program. The early success of the Madison Hatters softball & baseball program has led the Hatters board to decide to hold tryouts for a U16 softball team for 2013. Tryouts will be held Saturday February 16th at 1 pm to 2:30 pm at GRB Academy 4009 Felland Rd. Ste. 114 Madison, WI. Any high school aged player who is of U16 age (16 years old or younger on December 31 2012) and lives in the Kennedy Little League district (La Follette, McFarland & Monona Grove) can attend tryouts. There is a $25 tryout fee to help cover the costs of the facility rental. The U16 team will play tournament games once the school year is over. Madison Hatters New Softball Program Looking for Players U10, U12 & U14

Brand new softball program in Madison. The Madison Hatters will provide advanced training and competitive softball for youth players. This program is designed to provide training, skills development, and tournament play throughout the Winter and Spring time-frame. We will be holding tryouts at GRB Academy on Felland Road in Madison WI on November 4th, 2012 to create teams at league age levels of 9-14 for softball. No locality restrictions. Softball players can be from any league and do not have to play at Kennedy Little League. GRB Academy which is one of the top baseball/softball academy's in the country will create and run the winter training program. Softball teams will play 6-8 tournaments from March to July.
