I fixed my treadmill so there is no longer an incline and it made the run much easer! I swear that I ran more on W1 then W2. On W2 you only run 4 times in the 20 minutes. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I will do W2W3 on Sunday. I think part of it is because my new treadmill is on an incline so I need to find a way to fix that. But getting to 90 seconds is really hard! I'm fine up to 60, but after that it gets really hard. I did walk for 40 more min after I finished the program. I&amp;#8216;m just waiting to see if hubby and I can carry it up stairs and I will do W1D3 today or tomorrow. Did day one today! Not as hard as I thought it would be. I did it on the treadmill. I walked at 3pmh and jogged at 5mph. I'm looking for other women that like to hike and go for walks. I'm really into eating healthy and currently doing a colon cleanse. I figure you only have one body, so why not take care of it! I have lost 26 pounds through diet and exercise and have another 14 to go! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Oh but I'm defiantly not a tree hugger! I'm not even close to being a runner as an injury has always prevented me.
