18U Mass Inferno Tryouts

The 18U MA Inferno is holding tryouts Tuesday night August 28th at 5:30 in Medford

We are looking for 2-5 more players who want to join our team. We practice year-round in Medford in an indoor facility, 1-2 days a week until the HS season begins. We are looking for players who want to improve and attend mainly showcase tournaments next summer.

Mass Inferno will be holding tryouts for the 2012-2013 team Thursday night in Medford at 5:30

The team practices year round at an indoor facility, and we will be playing a showcase schedule next summer, as well as a few fall tourneys.

We are looking for eligible players to complement our current roster of returning players for the 18 U Mass Inferno.

The team works out weekly throughout the winter season, with optional additional hitting workouts each week.

The team is coached by female coaches with collegiate experience. Our players have all been placed in college programs as they saw fit.

Recruiting is a really difficult process and it is different for each individual player. What are your grades? What is your major? What is your softball skill level? How much are you willing to commit to softball both now and in college? What happens if you don’t play right away? (that is important in choosing the program and bouncing it up against your level of play. If you want to play at the highest level possible, you coild have to wait for an opportunity. You may want to shoot lower and avoid that.) Once you know what you want, The key is to get the coaches for the colleges you are looking at to come see you play. That may or not be at a showcase. The key is to work with people who know you, the schools, the programs and the coaches to help you get into the best college situation for you. The first step is defining that. What is the best situation for you? Our u16 program will help you become a better player and help you with your college search.

We have a proven track record at developing players and helping them with their college search. We run a year round program that includes a winter schedule of games and practices as well as a competitive summer tournament schedule. This is a special opportunity to work with some of the best coaching in the area. Towards that end we require your comitment to improve as well as a comitment to your teamates. We focus on the players skills, create a team oriented fun environment, and want our players to have some of the best times in their lives while creating relationships that will hopefully last a lifetime. We can set-up Individual tryouts as necessary.

U18 Mass Inferno looking for players

The Mass Inferno runs 2 U18 AAU teams out of Medford Mass. We are looking for a player for each as well as a solid pitcher for one of the teams. We look at ourselves as a team who will enhance your skills and work with you on your college search. We have a proven track record in both of those areas. You will have some of the best times in your life and hopefully build some lifelong frienships. Towards that end we require your comitment to improve as well as acomitment to your teamates.
