Even though there was dense fog, the temps were balmy at 40 degrees. I ended up in shirt sleeves and bare arms which felt fabulous! Chiropractor yesterday and then rest. Maybe try a Paleo type diet, or wheat free? I had a slow-sluggish start because I was a little sore from my 10 mile run on Sunday. But warmed up quickly and finished strong. It was a beautiful, sunny morning with temps reasonable at 19ish degrees.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Wednesday I ran in the afternoon (which is different for me). Again, (as I often seem to do on afternoon runs) I didn't get the whole fueling thing down. I always worry about what I eat earlier in the day to stave off stomach upset, but then I end up eating too little. So, my 4 miles sort of fizzled a bit toward the end. But, we "got 'er done!"&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;jmsab23&lt;/strong&gt; Awe...Back Cove, the memories I hold for that magical place!!
