How do you feel? &lt;strong&gt;I did the run last night after a stressful day.&amp;#160; It was just what I needed!&amp;#160;&amp;#160; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="line-height: 16px; background-color: #ffffff; font-family: verdana, arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif; color: #000000;"&gt;3. Have you had to repeat a week or day? &lt;strong&gt;Sort of - I started the program and went through W3 - but had to re-start in July.&amp;#160; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="line-height: 16px; background-color: #ffffff; font-family: verdana, arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif; color: #000000;"&gt;4.       <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:c37b2233-b12f-4909-bcf0-375b2623ebba] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt; W3D1 completed and it wasn't pretty.&amp;#160; I was not feeling well (migraine began mid-day) and work is super stressful right now.&amp;#160; Typically a good workout clears my head of the stress but I just couldn't do it.&amp;#160; I started to get nauseous and pushed through as much as I could.&amp;#160; I'm not a quitter, dang it &lt;img height="16px" src="http://community.active.com/4.5.5/images/emoticons/angry.gif" width="16px"/&gt;.&amp;#160; I'm hoping the funk clears and Thursday will work better.&amp;#160; I'm contemplating adding a 4th gym day so that if this mood comes back, I have an extra day to fall back on and I won't beat myself up about it so much.&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:c37b2233-b12f-4909-bcf0-375b2623ebba] --&gt;</description>
