      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:c7bfa003-612c-4b94-bd73-dc7ac4ecd8b7] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Wow, you do have a lot on your plate just now.&amp;#160; But congratulations you are moving in the right direction.&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I don't know anything about your condition so perhaps you should check the websites for it and what you should be doing as regards exercise.&amp;#160; I would, if I were you, let your doctor know what you are doing.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Secondly the programme works for everyone.&amp;#160; it is a 10 week programme but if it takes you 20 weeks or 30 weeks to complete then do what works best for you.&amp;#160; The first time I did the programme years ago, I walked slowly then walked faster for the 'run' parts of the programme.&amp;#160; Once I built up my walking I was able to jog (very slowly) the next time I did the programme.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As for weight loss,&amp;#160; any form of exercise will help with weight loss as long as you control your eating, it will not work with exercise alone.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I do some walking and yoga on my day off.&amp;#160; I've only started back on the programme this week but intend to do a little something to keep my motivation and weightloss going.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Good luck and try to enjoy what you are doing.&amp;#160; Think of each day as an achievement, it must be better than the day before, if not then the next one will.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:c7bfa003-612c-4b94-bd73-dc7ac4ecd8b7] --&gt;</description>

Especially when the weather is better.&amp;#160; I hope to be fit enough to run outside come the spring in March/April.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Outside running is harder as you have to push your body along the road, on the treadmill the road is moving for you.&amp;#160; The treadmill is great for time and running at a constant speed.&amp;#160; I too have gone from 7.5 to 7 and recently just lowered it to 6.7 in order to complete the 20 min run of week 5 day 3.&amp;#160; However, I did 5x3min intervals yesterday at 7kmph just to keep myself running at the higher speed now and again.&amp;#160; I'm on to week 6 day 1 tomorrow and that will be at 6.7.&amp;#160; I am only 5'2" and over 40 so don't want to push myself too much at the moment.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Once I've completed the C25K I'll up the incline on my treadmill to 1% then 2% which represents road running better.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As for the programme, Denise - I have not paid for anything I follow the programme on the Cool Running website and run the times not the distances.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Good luck&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:c8248431-7395-43ef-aea2-33cd270a29a5] --&gt;</description>
