      <title>Big Difference from W3 to W4</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:290a3958-c3d0-48f5-8801-3b264cab62d8] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Background Info: 39, 5' 11", 230lbs.&amp;#160; Lost 30lbs last year with diet and exercise, but gained 10lbs recently.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I think the jump to week 4 from week 3 is huge.&amp;#160; I am suppose to start week 4 tomorrow and I am scared to death.&amp;#160; I can't imagine running 3 minutes, then 5 minutes.&amp;#160; My wife hates me because I am so negative toward myself lol.&amp;#160; We go together because she wants to lose a few pounds and wants to do a 5k.&amp;#160; My worst day was W2D2, but my best day so far was W2D3.&amp;#160; It was so weird.&amp;#160; I think I had my breathing perfect that day.&amp;#160; On my last jog of the training, I fully sprinted and I actually felt great.&amp;#160; Week 3 really kicked my butt.&amp;#160; It felt like I was starting for the first time.&amp;#160; I am very lucky that I have zero pain or soreness when I run, so I can't use that as an excuse.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I read through some of these threads and started feeling good about myself.&amp;#160; It's just a mind game at this point.&amp;#160; I just have to concentrate on breathing correctly and take nice strides.&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Was week 4 a shocker to most people too?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:290a3958-c3d0-48f5-8801-3b264cab62d8] --&gt;</description>
